The Table
For the hungry.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”
Matthew 5:6
You can sit with us.
The Table is an intimate monthly gathering where we make room to be formed by God through His Word, His presence, and one another.
We come to be still.
We move.
We open the Word.
We eat.
We gather.
And we give God room to do the forming. This is not about performing Christianity. It is a place for those who are hungry to mature, heal, and become spiritually healthy through sound spiritual nutrition.
What happens at The Table
Four things, every time.
Move
Temple Tune-Up
Intentional movement and stretching that helps us become present, slow down, and prepare to receive.
Be Still
Selah
A deliberate pause for prayer, reflection, surrender, and stillness before God.
Word
The Table
We open Scripture together. This is not built around one person having all the answers. We learn, share, ask questions, discern, and test what we hear against the Word of God.
Eat
Fellowship
Every Table includes good physical food alongside spiritual food. Healthy food. Honest conversation. Meaningful community.
Good food. Spiritually and physically.
Good people.
His presence.
Why The Table exists
Formation requires nourishment.
We do not gather simply to accumulate information about God. We gather to become.
The Table creates room for Scripture to move beyond information and into formation — shaping how we think, live, discern, love, serve, and bear fruit.
“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
2 Corinthians 3:18

Founding Scriptures
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”
Matthew 5:6
“What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.”
1 Corinthians 14:26
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”
Galatians 5:22–23
We are after fruit, not performance.
The Table
by Sanctual
SANCTUAL is rooted in one foundational truth:
You are the temple.
The Table is one expression of that conviction — creating intentional environments for the cultivation of the whole person in the presence of God.
Stay at the Table
Pull up a chair.
Be the first to know when the next Table is set.
Come hungry.
Seats are limited by design. The Table is meant to stay intimate.
